Twin Cities Yoga Festival – Minneapolis St. Paul, MN
A message from the organizer, Gaia Richards, to our yoga and metropolitan community:
This festival really is an expression of the Yoga of Community. In these hard economic times, Yoga teaches us that we are truly Rich in Spirit — that WE are the resources — and, just like in our yoga practice, we start where we are at.
I saw a bumper sticker recently that said, “No one can do everything but everyone can do something.”
It’s going to take the interest, enthusiasm and focus of our whole community to bring this festival together:
…A free, fun filled day of yoga related activities to enjoy in the moment AND sustain the vision of bringing a deeper, long-lasting connection with one another in our community. Building and shaping this event — The Yoga of Community — honors the journey and all of the yogic/spiritual paths we walk because love is not a competition.
Please help us build this festival, together!

Let’s come together in the Spirit of Service, of Karma Yoga or Seva and, through the building and experience of this Festival, realize how we can “live, be & prosper” together. – Gaia Richards
